Screen installation

Installation directly affects the function, durability and overall behaviour of the screen in daily use.

Measurement, correct placement in the opening and final adjustment play a decisive role in the result. That is why installation by a specialist technician is always the best choice.

Home/Installation

What installation involves

1

Measuring the opening

Measurements are taken at more than one point to identify any deviations.

2

Fitting in the opening

The screen must be fitted at a position that allows it to operate smoothly without interfering with the frame.

3

Final adjustment

After fitting, adjustment is needed so that the screen performs as it should in daily use.

Why it matters

A screen that has been correctly installed and adjusted performs better, lasts longer and stays in better condition over time.

On the contrary, poor installation can affect the screen's operation, cause wear more quickly and affect the validity of the warranty.

Installation by a technician

Installation by a specialist technician is the safest option and the one we recommend in every case.

The technician can assess the opening, identify characteristics that are not immediately obvious and carry out the necessary adjustments so that the screen works as it should.

Instructions where the model allows

For models where installation is feasible without specialist knowledge, we provide installation and adjustment instructions.

This does not mean that installation without a technician is the ideal solution. Installation by a specialist technician remains the best choice, because experience and specialist technical knowledge make the difference in the final result.

Which models require a technician

Electric screens

Require a technician for installation and an electrician for wiring.

Sliding screens

Require a technician to be fitted and to operate correctly.

Multi-panel plissé screens

Double-panel and multi-panel plissé screens require a technician for installation and adjustment. Single-panel models do not fall into this category.
